1bag Crushed taco chips
4 c Cooked chicken (or turkey), diced
1 lb Shredded cheese (your choice)

Sauce:
1 can Mushroom soup
1 c Sour cream
1 small can Black olives, sliced and drained
1 10 oz can Enchilada sauce (Old El Paso, hot or mild, according to taste)
1 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c milk
1 small can Green chiles, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Layer taco chips, chicken, suace and cheese making 2 layers of each. Bake in a 350º oven for 30 minutes. Makes a 9" x 13" pan.
