1 box of traditional Rice-a-Roni
3 c. water
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the rice and vermicelli, egg and hamburger. Form into 1 inch meatballs and brown in skillet, turning until almost done.
MIx flavor packet into 3 cups of water and pour 2/3 of it over the meatballs and simmer while you start the noodles. Just before serving, add a little cornstarch to remaining liquid to thicken gravy and pour over the meatballs. Serve over hot noodles.
