4-6 thick pork chops 2 large cans of Baked beans or Pork and Beans 1 med onion sliced Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1. Spray casserole dish 2. Preheat oven to 350º 3. Place pork chops in a single layer 4. Mix beans, onions and garlic powered together and pour over pork chops 5. Cover with foil or lid and cook in 350º oven until fork tender ( about 1-11/2 hours)
