4-6 med to large potatoes
1 med onion sliced
2 stalks of celery, diced
4-5 sweet pickles, diced
2-3 Table pickle juice (to taste)
6-8 boiled eggs, diced
1tsp celery salt
1 cup mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 T. yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes until fork tender ( with or without peelings)
2. Place eggs in with potatoes to cook
3. Remove eggs and drain potatoes
4. Return potatoes to pan and add celery, pickles,onions, eggs, celery salt, mayonnaise and mustard
5. Mix well
6. Add salt and pepper to taste
7. Pour salad into serving dish and refrigerate until time to serve
8. If you want, save 2 of the eggs to slice and arrange on top of the salad
