1 round steak cut into serving size pieces
1 cup of flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste
2 onions sliced
1 can spaghetti sauce ( garlic, or onion flavor)
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups water
2 lage cans tomato paste
1/2 cup oil

Directions:

1. Cut round steak into serving pieces
2. Pour oil into large skillet and bring to medium heat
3. Put salt, pepper and garlic powder on steak
4. Dredge steak pieces in flour
5.P{lace floured steak pieces into hot oil and brown on both sides
6. Place all sliced onion pieces into skillet with meat
7. Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, water and salt and pepper to taste
8. Cover skillet and cook over low-med heat until meat is tender
9. Remove lid and allow mixture to thicken by letting the mixture boil
10. Remove from fire and serve either in the skillet or serving bowl
