1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped white onion
1 Lg bell pepper-cut in strips
1/2 cup chopped celery(add a few celery leaves)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/3 cup butter
Saute above

2-10 oz packages small shrimp
1-1/2 cups cubed ham
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup uncooked rice(Not Minute Rice)

Mix well and simmer 40-45 minutes.
