6 large potatoes
1/4 C flour
1/4 C parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp pepper
1/3 C margarine
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/3 cup butter in 9x13 pan. Peel potatoes and cut into 3 or 4 thick pieces. Dip potatoes in water and shake in bag with flour, parmesan, salt and pepper mixture. Put in one layer in pan. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Turn potatoes once.
