Ingredients:  
1 -3 cups of meat dripping and broth combination
1-3 bouillon cubes, if needed for additional taste
1/2 - 3/4 cup of corn starch
1/2 cup water (cold)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour meat drippings into pan
2. Add additional broth and water to make 3 cups
3. Bring to a boil
4. Mix corn starch into cold water and mix until smooth
5. When liquid is boiling, slowly pour in corn starch mixture, whisking continually
6. Bring back to boil and cook until desired consistency, stirring constantly
7. If mixture doesn't thicken enough, mix an additional 1/2 cup cornstarch in 1/2 cup of cold water and add slowly until desired consistency
8. If needed, pour through strainer
9. Pour into bowl and serve with dinner

Mixture will continue to thicken as it cools
If it is too thick add HOT water,a little at a time until desired consistency is reached
You can add 1-2 Table. of butter to finished gravy to give it s sheen
Left over gravy can be frozen and used later
