3 c. flour
1c. cocoa
1 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk

1/4 c. margarine
1-1/2 c. powdered
2 T. cocoa
3 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix together, then add an additional 1-1/4 c. powdered sugar.

Mix first 4 ingredients and set aside. Beat sugar and margarine till blended. Then beat in eggs and milk. Add flour mixture a little at a time. Cover and chill till easy to handle.
On a floured surface, roll out half of dough to be 1/4 in. thick. Cut out using a 2 in. cookie cutter. Bake at 375 on an ungreased cookie sheet for 7 min. till firm. Let cool.
Frost cookie then add a cookie on top to make a sandwich cookie.
