2 cups shredded zucchini 1/2 cup softened margarine 1 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 3 eggs 3 tsp. vanilla 1/4 cup cocoa 1 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. soda 1 3/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 cup chopped pecans
Mix margarine, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla. Add cocoa, baking powder, soda, flour, cinnamon, and mix. Pour into oiled pans. 2 loaf pans or 1 9x13" pan. Sprinkle on top 3/4 cups or more semi-sweet chocolate chips. Bake 350º for 30-35 min. Cool. If desired, frost with cream cheese frosting.
