1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 tsp. garlic, minced
2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 baguette, halved lengthwise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler to high; line a baking sheet with foil. Combine butter, garlic, parsley and seasonings in a bowl. Spread cut sides of baguette with butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Arrange bread, buttered side up, on prepared baking sheet and broil until toasted, 1-3 minutes. Remove from oven, cool briefly, then cut into 2-inch wide pieces.
