2 sticks butter 2 c. raisins 2 apples- peeled and grated 2 Tbsp. cinnamon 1/2 Tbsp. cloves 1 cup water 2 Tbsp. nutmeg 2 c. Splenda 3 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. soda 1 c. chopped walnuts
Melt butter and mix in apples and raisins. Add water, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and Splenda. Cook for 15 min. and let cool completely. Mix in flour, soda, and chopped walnuts. Drop in mini muffin pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350º for 15 min.
