3-4 lbs. chicken pieces
1 yellow onion, sliced into rings
1 c. water

SAUCE:
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
4 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
3 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Place chicken pieces in a rectangular baking dish, layer with onion rings, and put in water.

For sauce, combine all sauce ingredients in a pan and simmer on medium heat about 10 minutes.

Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 30 minutes. Then, turn chicken pieces over, baste and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
