1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
6 oz. raisins
6 oz. whole chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts/pecans (toasted)

Preheat oven to 375º. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder. In a large mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk and margarine until smooth. Add graham cracker crumbs mixture, mix well. Stir in coconut, raisins, chocolate chips, and walnuts/pecans. Drop by rounded Tbsp. onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9 to 10 min. or until lightly browned. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
