1 T. butter or margarine, melted
2/3 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt or garlic salt
1 tsp. italian seasoning, optional (or any other dried spices you prefer)
1/4 tsp. pepper
Approximately 3 lbs. chicken pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Pour melted butter in 9x13 inch glass dish. Stir together all ingredients (except chicken). Coat chicken pieces in Bisquick mixture and place skin side down in dish. Bake 35 minutes, turn chicken and bake about 15 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest piece is cut to bone.
