Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. sausage (can use regular or spicy)
2 cups sharp cheddar, grated
2 cups Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients together with your hands and form into small balls (about the size of a quarter). Bake for 35 minutes on a cookie sheet.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Adjust the Bisquick as needed so balls aren't too dry and roll easily.

You can also place these on a cookie sheet and freeze (then store in plastic bags once frozen) and keep them on hand and bake as needed. Don't need to thaw before baking.

You can also bake on a raised rack over a cookie sheet so the grease drips to the bottom of the pan.
