2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup oil
1 country ham slice, cut into strips
1 onion, diced
2 eggs, scrambled
Soy Sauce to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare rice according to package directions
2. Cut ham into slices
3. Heat oil in skillet
4. Add onions and cook until tender
5. Add ham and cooked rice
6. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste
7. Add scramble egg to mixture
8. Pour into casserole dish and serve hot
