1.5 lbs lean ground beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 package Tater-tots

Directions:
Directions:
Blend 1/2 can soup with the ground beef, pack into a layer on the bottom of a casserole dish. Arrange a layer of Tater-tots on the beef (there will be some left over). Mix remaining 1/2 can of soup with 1/2 can of milk and pour evenly over Tater-tots. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with lid and bake for 1.5 hours at 350 Deg. F.Grated cheese can be broiled on top before serving if desired.
