4 Medium Roma Tomatoes
½ Onion
1 Green Pepper
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
5-6 Jalapeños, seeded (from can or jar)
¼ cup Tomato Paste
½ tsp. Cilantro (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop tomato, onion, green pepper & jalapeños. Combine in a bowl. Add garlic, tomato paste and cilantro. Mix well. Let sit for a few hours before serving.
