1 cup warm water
1 tsp. Sugar
1 pkg. Yeast - sprinkled on top
Let dissolve for about 10 minutes.

Add:
1 tbsp. Oil
I tsp. Salt
2 ½ - 3 cups flour – enough to be not sticky, but don’t over fold because dough will get tough!

Directions:

Roll out on pan. Let sit while you chop pizza toppings. About 10 minutes. Bake and enjoy!
