1 cup salted butter
¾ cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tbsp butter
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325 F
Cream butter & sugar.
Add vanilla & flour.
Blend thoroughly at low speed.
Shape a level tsp of dough into 1 inch balls.
Then roll into log shape, about 2 inches long.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
Bake 17 – 19 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool.
Melt butter & chocolate chips together in microwave.
Stir after every 30 seconds till smooth.
Spread chocolate on one cookie and top with another.
