1 cube of softened butter
2 cloves of fresh garlic

Directions:
Directions:
1. Set the butter out and bring to room temperature. MUST be soft to mix evenly
2. Prepare fresh garlic (finely diced or grated)
3. MIx ingredients until smooth
4. Place in wax paper or saran wrap and mold into a log
5. Refrigerate until firm
6. When ready to use, slice and place on bread
7. Toast bread in broiler until brown

1. You may use garlic powder and or garlic salt in place of the fresh garlic

2. You may add Parmesan cheese to mixture if desired
