Chicken or beef of your choice
Julienne veggies of choice
Garlic clove, minced

Soya sauce
Beef flavoring
Brown sugar
Peanut butter

Heat oil and garlic in frying pan. Add meat and fry until partly done. Add veggies and cook.
Add the following sauce ingredients to pan.
Add flour to thicken sauce. Mix well. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top and serve with rice.
