1 cup Light Mayonnaise
1 cup Light Sour Cream
1 can finely chopped water chestnuts
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
1 pkg chopped frozen spinach thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Cut out center of pumpernickel bread (or other round loaf of bread), put mixed up dip in the "bread pot". Serve with cubed bread and/or crackers and ENJOY!
