Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 c plain flour
3 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3 c finely chopped apples
1 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat together eggs, oil & vanilla.
2. Mix in dry ingredients.
3. Add apples and nuts.
4. Pour into greased floured tube pan.
5. Bake 325 for 1 1/2 hr.
