5 tbsp butter
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 pkg (32 oz) Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large saucepan on low-med heat. Add flour, cook 3 minutes, stirring. Whisk in broth.

2. Increase heat to med-high, bring to boil, stirring. Reduce to low; let simmer 15 minutes stirring.

Can be refrigerated up to 3 days or frozen.
