2 eggs
2 3/4 c flour
1 t baking soda
1 1/2 c sugar
2 T cream of tarter
1/2 t salt
Misture of 2 T sugar & 2 T cinnamon

*Crea, shortening & eggs
*Sift together & add to the creamed mixture: flour, soda, sugar, cream of tarter, salt
*Roll into balls & in the cinnamon/sugar mixture
*Place on greased cookie sheet
