2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
13 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold
teaspoon salt + pinch
1 1/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup Confectioners' sugar
cup whole milk
cup cornstarch
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoons lemon zest
2/3 fresh cup lemon juice, strained
1 cups + 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons Limoncello

Lightly butter a 9x13 baking dish with butter. Cross line the bottom and sides of the pan with wax paper and butter. Mix 1 1/3 cups flour, 2/3 cup of confectioners' sugar and salt. Cut 12 tablespoons of butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse meal. Press mixture into the bottom partly up sides of prepared pan. Chill 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake chilled crust until golden brown, 20 - 25 minutes. Reduce oven to 325 F. Combine the eggs, sugar, rest of flour and zest. Stir in lemon juice, milk, Limoncello, add pinch of salt, mix well. Pour onto warm crust. Bake until set, about 20 minutes. Cool completely, remove from pan. Dust with confectioners' sugar, cut and serve.
