1 pint lemon sorbet
4 jiggers Limoncello
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Zest of 1 lemon

Directions:
Place 1 scoop of lemon sorbet along side 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in a dessert cup. Top with 1 jigger of Limoncello. Add lemon zest to each cup of sorbet and ice cream. Serve with sugar wafer cookies.
