Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburg with taco-seasoning mix according to directions.
Let cool for 5 minutes
Unroll pizza crust on cookie sheet or round baking stone
Place Mexican cheese (about 2 cups) more if you like it cheesy.
Add chopped onion if desired
Add Taco hamburg shaping like on a log so you can fold over easy side of the crust to enclose the mixture.
Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes. Let cool 5-10 minutes and serve with sour cream and salsa.
Rice is a nice side dish to go with the roll up.
