10 oz. Cracker Barrel extra sharp white cheddar cheese (red package) cut into slices about 1/4 inch thick
10 oz. Cracker Barrel orange cheddar cheese (yellow package) cut into slices about 1/4 inches thick.
1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup (put in small bowl, fill half the can with half and half cream mix with cheddar cheese soup until creamy and set aside)
16 oz. Elbow Macaroni (cook as directed)
Dice 4 slices of bread and mix with 1/4 cup melted butter and set aside

In a 2 qt. oblong casserole dish, layer cooked macaroni,dab with 4 or 5 butter pieces (1/4 teaspoons each) add salt & pepper, layer cheese alternating the white and yellow. Repeat so you have three layers. Pour cheddar cheese soup mixture over the top covering all noodles evenly (so noodles don't dry out while cooking). Spread buttered bread mixture over the top evenly. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 minute's to one hour. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
