2 1/2 cups diced chicken(or canned)
1- 8 ounce carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
1 1/2 rolls of Ritz crackers
1 stick of butter, melted
Poppy seeds for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, sour cream, soup, salt, pepper, and 2 Tablespoons of poppy seeds. Crumble Ritz crackers on top of casserole and pour melted butter over cracker crumbs. Sprinkle top with poppy seeds. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
