1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/3 lb chopped prosciutto
1 sm onion (chopped)
2 lb fresh green peas or 2 1/2 cups frozen peas
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1/4 tsp salt

In skillet, heat oil and cook prosciutto and onion, until onion is tender. Reduce heat to medium and stir in remaining ingredients, Cover and cook until peas are tender or hot if using frozen peas.
