2 lb ground turkey
1 lg onion
2 cloves garlic
1 can (28az) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can (15-16 oz) light red kidney beans
1 can (15-16 oz) dark red kidney beans
1 can olives

Shredded Cheddar Cheese, if desired
1 Chopped green onion, if desired
Bag of Fritos, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Cook turkey over medium heat until brown, then drain. In large pot combine turkey, and remaining ingredients except beans, cheese, green onion and Fritos. Cover and cook on low- medium heat for about 4 hours. Stir in beans, increase heat to high. Cover and cook 20 mins or until slightly thickened.

Stir well. Serve with various toppings, cheese, green onions and Fritos.
