2 sprigs of Rosemary leaves, stripped and finely chopped
8 oz Parmesan Cheese, coarsely grated (3 cups)

2 baking trays lined with parchment paper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Mix the Parmesan and rosemary together. Put teaspoons of the mixture onto baking sheet, and flatten to make small circles. Make sure they are not too close. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and let cool, peel from paper and serve.
