1 cup (2 sticks) of butter / margarine
1/2 cup sugar
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate (melted & cooled)
1 egg
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Filling

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400.
Mix butter and sugar in large bowl. Stir in chocolate and egg. Stir in flour and salt.
Shape dough into 3/4 inch balls.
Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten to about 1/8 inch thick with greased bottom of a glass.
Bake 5 mins or until set.
Remove from pan, cool completely.
Prepare filling - put cookies together with 1 tsp filling.
