Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs or 3/4 c. oats
1 small onion-- finely chopped or
use little onion powder
1/4 c. water or milk
3 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water or milk, salt, and pepper. Beat egg and add to liquid. Add onion. Pour over bread crumbs and mix.
Add mixture to ground beef.
Shape into balls. Arrange in baking dish and bake at 375º for 20 minutes, OR can pan fry too.
