2 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. water
2 egg whites
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook syrup, sugar,and water to 230 . Beat egg whites stiff. Pour 1/2 of syrup mixture when 230 into egg whites.
Cook rest to 250. Pour into egg whites and beat until creamy. Add 1/2 c. nuts, if desired.
