2 tsp vanilla
1 cup peanut butter-smooth
3 eggs
1 cup softened butter
1 ¼ cup sugar
1 ¼ cup brown sugar
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 150 degrees Celsius.Combine all dry ingredients together in bowl.Combine sugars & butter & cream together.Add eggs one at a time to sugar/butter mixture.Slowly add dry ingredients to ‘wet’ mixture.Stir till combined.Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.With wet fork press cookies down, do some crisscross action if ya want.Bake for 8 – 22 minutes until cookies are slightly brown along theedges.Cool & gobble up.
