1/3 - 1/2 loaf italian or french bread, diced
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. garlic olive oil
italian seasoning and dried parsley to taste

Directions:

Pour melted butter over bread cubes, toss with seasonings. Bake at 325 until crisp golden brown.
