1/3 can anchovies
1/2 lemon
1/2 T good wine vinegar (3 glugs)
1/2 c. garlic olive oil
1 egg - slightly coddled
3/4 T Worcestershire (2-3 glugs)
Tabasco to taste
Freshly grated parmesan cheese
fresh ground pepper
romaine lettuce
crouton

Slowly beat anchovy and lemon into vinegar and olive oil. Mix with Worcestershire, add tabasco, parmesan, and egg. Toss with lettuce and crouton. See crouton recipe in bread.

Personal Notes:
For this recipe, I recommend designating a large, wooden bowl to be the Caesar salad bowl. The flavors will absorb into the teak, making the salad better and better each time you prepare it. Mashing the anchovy or anchovy paste into the sides is also an effective way to blend them into the salad, while it flavors your bowl.
