2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. diced onion
3 T butter
3 T flour
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
3 c. cooked cubed chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms and onion in butter. Stir in flour, furry powder, salt and pepper. Add milk and chicken broth gradually, stirring constantly; cook until thick. Add chicken; pour into casserole dish. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 30 min or until heated through. serve over rice or noodles.
