10 lbs. lean beef cut into 1/2" or 3/4" squares
1 1/2 c. rendered suet
1 c. chili powder
4 T ground comino
2 tsp. oregano
4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp garlic, fresh pressed
2 T vinegar
1/2 c. flour
3 T smooth peanut butter
6 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Place rendered suet in skillet and heat low to simmer. Put beef in skillet and let simmer until meat is partially cooked (about 30 minutes) stirring frequently. Mix all dry ingredients, and add water and vinegar and stir until mixture is smooth (like a batter). pour the mixture into skillet with meat and stir constantly for 5-10 minutes or until it comes back to boil. Add peanut butter and stir thoroughly for 5 minutes. Let cook at slow boil for 1 hr. or until meat is tender, stirring frequently to avoid sticking to bottom of skillet. Add more water if needed.
