1 pkg. (1lb., 2oz) Oreo chocolate Sandwich cookies, divided
1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese, softened
2 pkg. (8oz) Bakers semisweet baking chocolate, melted (1 use the chocolate almond bark. The baking chocolate seems to be too bitter for me)

Crush 9 of the cookies to fine crumbs in a food processor; reserve for later use. (cookies can also be finely crushed in a plastic bag using a rolling pan)

Crush remaining cookies to fine crumbs; place in a medium bowl. Add cream cheese; mix until well blended.

Roll cookies mixture into 42 balls; about 1 inch in diameter.

Dip balls in chocolate; place on a wax paper covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.

Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Store leftover truffles, covered in refrigerator.
