1 Pillsbury sugar cookie roll
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small container Cool Whip
Fresh fruit, sliced as desired
About 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 small jar apricot or peach preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Spray average size pizza pan (14 inch) with non-stick spray. Slice cookie dough and arrange over pan; press cookie slices together to form crust over entire pan. Bake at 25 degrees lower than package directions and 2 - 4 minutes longer until crust is light brown. Cool. Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar (to taste). Spread over cooled crust. Arrange fruit in rings on "sauce" as desired. Melt preserves in a small saucepan. Brush over the "toppings". Refrigerate. Cut into wedges like a pizza to serve.
