1 1/2 lbs. bulk suasage
12 eggs
12 slice bread, cubed, no crust
1 1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar
3 c. milk
green peppers
onion, diced
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Fry and drain sausage. Beat milk, eggs and seasonings together. Pour over and mix with sausage, bread cubes and cheese. Refrigerate at least 12 hours. Let set at room temperature 15 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes. Cut, serve and enjoy!
