18-19 manicotti shells, cooked, rinsed and drained
2 T. margarine, melted
1-1/4 lb. ground beef
3 oz. cream cheese, cubed and softened
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
picante sauce
shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Toss cooked shells with melted margarine. Brown and drain ground beef. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt and chili powder and simmer for 5 minutes. Fill shells with beef mixture and place in 9x13-inch glass baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cover with foil and bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. Top with picante, cheeses and crushed tortilla chips and bake, uncovered an additional 15 minutes.
