3 large chicken breast - cut in 1/2
3/4 c flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 T. Olive Oil

Sauce:

6 T. Butter
3/4 dry sherry
2 T. soy sauce
3 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ginger


Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken in flour, salt and garlic powder and brown on both sides in olive oil. Transfer chicken into a casserole dish and then combine all sauce ingredients in same pan and bring to a boil. Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 30 minutes.
