2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup chicken broth
4 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp Accent seasoning mix
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp Ketchup
3 Tbsp eggs (beaten)

Cut tips off chicken wings and boil tips to make broth. You can also use bouillon cubes or canned broth. Cut remainder of wing at joint into two pieces. Combine flour and cornstarch. Dip pieces into beaten eggs, roll in flour mixture and brown in butter, margarine or oil. Place browned wings in 9' x 13' baking dish and pour over sauce over.

Bake at 350 º for one hour. Turn and baste half way.

Sauce- combine sugar, vinegar, chicken broth,soy sauce, accent, salt, and ketchup and heat in pan until sugar melts.
