Ingredients: 1 8oz cream cheese 1 cup unsalted butter 1 1/2 cups flour 1 pinch salt 6 Tbsp diced green chiles 2 Tbsp salsa 2 Tbsp cilantro 2 8oz brie rounds 1 can ripe olives 1 bunch cilantro
Combine cream cheese, butter, flour, and salt in food processor until a ball forms. Wrap in wax paper and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Mix chilies with salsa and cilantro. Divide dough into 4 equal pieces and role each into a 10 inch circle. Trim neatly extra dough to decorate on top if desired. Place 1 round of cheese. Sprinkle half of chili mixture on top of cheese. Top with another circle of dough and tightly enclosed cheese. Repeat procedure with second round of cheese and dough. Chill one hour. Place on large baking sheet.

Directions:Bake at 400º for 10 minutes then lower the temperature to 350º and continue baking for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 1 hour.
